Our programming purposely links human, civil rights to economic, social and cultural rights. Our strategy is based on participatory community awareness and education, facilitating people’s empowerment to: (a) advocate for their rights; (b) discover and develop their human talents and potentials; (c) engage in the governance of the country’s natural resources for equitable sharing, and (d) assume civic responsibilities for transformation of their lives, their communities and the country.
RRF runs its programs by engaging in a number of activities in the communities. These activities include and are not limited to; Men’s Involvement in fostering gender equality, peace building and prevention of SGBV, Promotion of Inclusive Development in Communities Affected by Extractive Industries, Understanding and advocating for a change to the land tenure systems in Liberia, Enhancing Citizens’ Participation in Governance of Natural Resources, Phase II, Business Development Training for Local NGOs and Farmers, Promotion of Dialogue and Conflict Mediation in Concession Areas

RRF in Liberia champions human rights, promoting quality, dignity, and justice through advocacy, education, and community empowerment programs.
RRF's community empowerment program fosters self-reliance, social cohesion, and sustainable development through education, training, and support.
RRF implements programs in the counties of Lofa, Bomi, Gbarpolu, Grand Cape Mount, Grand Gedeh. The organization also undertakes short term activities in Bong, Nimba, Grand Bassa and Margibi Counties. Our head offices are located in Paynesville, Liberia; sub offices are located in Tubmanburg, Bomi County (for western counties); Voinjama, Lofa County, and Zwedru, Grand Gedeh County.
Our operations are carried out in the nation of Liberia, mainly working through Community Based Organisations and Farmer’s organisations. Our target groups are the less privileged and marginalized communities.
