RRF is a non-governmental and partisan organization with an overall aim to work for the promotion of social justice and community empowerment, economic empowerment; empowering and educating people on their rights and to work for transformation of their communities, and the country at large.
RRF has an organizational structure with 4 layers:

Our programming purposely links human, civil rights to economic, social and cultural rights. Our strategy is based on participatory community awareness and education, facilitating people’s empowerment to: (a) advocate for their rights; (b) discover and develop their human talents and potentials; (c) engage in the governance of the country’s natural resources for equitable sharing, and (d) assume civic responsibilities for transformation of their lives, their communities and the country.
This program promotes equitable land management, tenure security, and responsible land use for sustainable development.
RRF's natural resources program in Liberia advocates for responsible resource management, environmental protection, and community benefit from these resources.
RRF's sexual gender-based violence and women's rights program in Liberia combats violence, empowers women, and advocates for gender equality.
RRF's agriculture and food security program enhances food production, access, and livelihoods, ensuring a resilient and nourished community."
RRF's gender and women empowerment program empowers women, promotes gender equality, and advances social and economic opportunities.
RRF in Liberia champions human rights, promoting quality, dignity, and justice through advocacy, education, and community empowerment programs.
RRF's community empowerment program fosters self-reliance, social cohesion, and sustainable development through education, training, and support.
RRF is headed by a Board of Directors, comprising 7 members; a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) comprising 4-5 professional who provide technical guidance to the work of RRF; the management unit and sub officers in the filed run programs. Annual General Review meetings are held at the end of every year at which time staff come together to review programs of the past year and plan for future year.
