Programs

Why RRF Programs

Our programming purposely links human, civil rights to economic, social and cultural rights. Our strategy is based on participatory community awareness and education, facilitating people’s empowerment to: (a) advocate for their rights; (b) discover and develop their human talents and potentials; (c) engage in the governance of the country’s natural resources for equitable sharing, and (d) assume civic responsibilities for transformation of their lives, their communities and the country.
