Why RRF Programs

Our strategy is based on participatory community awareness and education, facilitating people’s empowerment to: (a) advocate for their rights; (b) discover and develop their human talents and potentials; (c) engage in the governance of the country’s natural resources for equitable sharing, and (d) assume civic responsibilities for transformation of their lives, their communities and the country.
